I served a full time mission for my church in a french speaking country which helped me become fluent in the language and as missionaries, we are taught the fundamental things of gaining someone’s trust and keeping that trust. Upon returning home, I was hired as a french speaking technical support analyst, supporting a large scale retail company found in europe i.e the U.K, the republic of ireland, wales, france, and belgium where I was able to hone my skills in data entry/ticketing, customer service, technical knowledge, and communication skills.
