ABOUT ME
I became a customer service representative and it lasted more than 2 yrs. I experience to handle health benefits of Mondelez employee then I was transferred to another account which we handle health benefits, payroll inquiries and travel inquires of one of the biggest airlines in US which is Delta Airline. We also do back office work like adding their dependent on health and travel benefits. As of the moment I work as a collection agent for FCO Worldwide Inc. what we do is we collect their unpaid debt such as rent and damage fee. At first I was just a transfer agent, I just call to transfer it to a designated collector but for just 3 months I was promoted as collector agent to directly collect the debt. But before this experiences, i tried to be a freelancer, I work with someone who directly get a client.
