ABOUT ME

I have done my BBA (hons) from American University in Dubai I have been working as a Customer Support Team Manager at Mindbridge Pvt Ltd for more than a year now, and during this time I’ve developed impeccable support manners and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled customers. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and can offer new ideas. Duties at my previous company included managing a team of over 50 agents in order to solicit the best support. During my tenure, I implemented new strategies to achieve our SLA’s and CSAT. My experience at Mindbridge Pvt Ltd has helped me improve my leadership skills, hone my organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge of how I can help grow my company’s revenue. I further cultivated useful customer service abilities while handling technical support for clients on a wide range of company products. Working there, I was able to resolve issues at a 90% rate and memorize an entire line of company products & services-including prices and special discounts. I also worked at Emirates National Bank Of Dubai as a Relation Manager for over 8 years and that is something I am really proud of.
