ABOUT ME

As a head deck steward my role is to make sure that everything runs smoothly during Bar operations especially in the morning. I am also responsible for the schedules of bar utility personnel and provide them trainings in a weekly basis. I report directly to the Bar manager and discuss any operations or challenges that can be resolve. I also contact high personnel on board the cruise ship for any activities or events that will need them to be present for example Hotel manager or even the captain.
