Compensation bench marking and strategy to attract, retain and motivate talent while meeting your budget, payroll sheets, reconciliations and PF and GF investment plans.
Employee relations support as needed as well as proactively identifying issues and taking steps to mitigate risk.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
•Performance review process design, implementation and maintenance, which can include PDR forms designing and management training on how to document performance issues and give constructive feedback and rewards.
