Organizational Effectiveness Executive with around 8 years of experience, skilled at Human Resource, strategic planning and leading organizational change in alignment with business objectives; Identify analytics, assess options, plan strategies, PMS,employee relations, personnel Management, Industrial relation, union management,Union negotiation, CSR, Labour law & establish metrics to create measurable change in the organization.

Provision of proactive specialist support in partnership with internal clients (HR & Business leaders) to drive business performance through design and implementation of effective Compensation & Benefits solutions.
End to end management of compensation design, competitive bench-marking and review of reward programs, change management and implementation of programs, annual compensation cycle review and alignment with global total rewards philosophy.
Work on design and implementation of the variable pay plan of the company and other incentive plans including long term incentives, benefits and annual increments for different categories and level of employees in collaboration with the senior management team and other departments.
Make sure that the organization's compensation and benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Identify ways to develop and conserve human resources along with timely goal setting activity.
Create and roll out global process timetables and where needed detailed implementation plans to enable delivery of annual pay budgeting, pay review and bonus processes.
Conduct surveys and ad-hoc market researches to track market trends and make design recommendations based on data and statistics
