ABOUT ME

A young businessman residing in Quezon City, Philippines graduate of Computer Technology. Experienced in using CRM such as Siebel and Salesforce, good navigation skills, versatile to any given work and is not new to multi-tasking. Worked as Call Center Agent for almost four years in a BPO industry, I started working as a Service Crew in a fast food chain to enhance my interpersonal skills, computer technician in a computer rental for several years and started my journey as a Technical Support Level 1 in a Telco Account (Telstra/Australia) transferred to Dell Laserjet and Inkjet (Imaging Department) and promoted as a POC assisting my co-agents wether part of the team or not, assisting my Supervisor and my Level 2 technician as well, taking Sup. Calls as needed, scrubbing and resolving escalated cases. After resigning with my last job as Technical Support Level 1 (Tech, Customer Service, Customer Care and Sales) with HP, I am now managing my own business an internet cafe for almost two years. But due to Community Quarantine and following government rules operations is halted.
