I'm a Multilingual French Customer support with a high exposure in customer service, Virtual Assistance within the E-commerce industry for almost 10 years. I'm well-versed in email handling, online chat and telephone support when comes to interacting with French and English speaking customers.
Providing added value information or sorting any type of issues related to E-commerce processes on Amazon have always been my concern. I'm a detailed oriented person, go-getter, a results driven worker and well-disciplined, determined that strive me for keeping up with outstanding results.
