ABOUT ME
Hi! I have been in the contact center industry for over 7 years. I have experiences in providing customer service in telco and financial accounts, as well as technical support experience in two of the biggest telco in the US. Worked as a Workforce Management Specialist (Real Time Analyst) wherein I handled several types of accounts such as staffing based, successful block ratio based, and service level based accounts. Consistent with my deliverables in data analysis, generating daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and real time monitoring. Also have experiences with forecasting, and schedule optimization wherein I have applied my proficiency in MS Excel, Excel VBA, and also my analytical skills.
I am competent, patient, and passionate with what I do at work. I am results oriented and can definitely work under pressure. With these traits and experiences, I am confident that I can deliver all my clients' needs.
