I've been calling in the real estate industry for over three years now. Real estate is my niche. I also worked with several realtors, brokers & investors using different CMRs like Re Simpli, Deal Machine, Podio, Close, hubspot, gohighlevel, zoho, and used dialer such as Mojo, Calltools, Xencall, Vortex, PhoneBurner, Highlevel, CallRail & Batchdialer. In my previous job, I was a customer service representative in a BPO company. My campaign back then was Tribune Publishing. I provide answers to customers' inquiries regarding their subscriptions like billing and delivery issues. I have also expertise in retention and handling supervisory calls. I was with Tribune for more than 3 years. I'm always grateful with the company I worked with because they had been my bread and butter for so many years.
