Hello, my name is Jerwin Majorenos Serra, I am a dedicated and a hardworking person who believes in honest and good working relation. I work with BPO companies this past few years but I still I am firm with my certain qualities always makes me good at this. I took Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. My education background help me to perform more quality and efficient with my clients beyond there expectations. I am very skilled with it comes to Customer Service, Technical, Data Entry, Backoffice and with Email and Chat and also with Microsoft Office application. And among these job posted I will be applying soon, I am very much confident that I will meet all deadlines and expected instructions given because I can work under pressure with less supervision. I can also work overtime or even shifting schedules as needed by the client just to met the required or posted deadline.
