ABOUT ME

My experience in the field as well as my knowledge in customer success and retention gained over the past 6 years, would prove me to be a valuable member of any customer service team. I have successfully managed teams of up to 15 persons at a time, in an office setting, as well as a Work-From-Home setting, for the past 4 years. Wherein my duties included ensuring irate customers were handled with professionalism and poise, meeting deadlines for deliverables, hiring, training and managing staff, relationship building and time management. I have also managed the customer service teams for multiple chartered cruises, working closely with teams at Royal Caribbean & Carnival Cruise Lines to ensure my customers had the best experience. This was done through providing onboard customer support as well as over the phone and through emails.
