I am currently an Operations Supervisor in a Business Process Outsourcing company, with a total of 17 years of experience in Insurance industry. A leader with strong organizational and leadership skills that I use in leading multiple teams in achieving and exceeding clients’ set targets and requirements. A team player involving every leadership in project planning and decision-making. And with a strong technical knowledge utilizing system tools in generating critical reports needed in business planning and project management.
I have been generating and working with business reports using mainly Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for more than 15 years, including great experience in data processing, encoding and analysis. Having more than enough experience and with the skills I have, I know I can contribute to the continuous growth and success of your company.
