ABOUT ME
I have 10 years of experience with shared webhosting. I have transferred a website from 1 hosting to another multiple times. My work only was focused on Customer and technical support; however to be able to please customer, I learned FTP, email setup via different provider and also helped some customers with wordpress issues that are not even our Support. It was still necessary though to help and make customers happy.
