Currently, I'm a Technical Staff in a government agency here in the Philippines. I had a proven track record of providing specialist technical and helpdesk support. Extensive experience of assisting / helping clients through remote service tools and colleagues resolve complex technical IT issues (Virus Removal, Software Installation, Microsoft Windows common issues, Printer/Network drive mapping, Configuring WIndows Registry, etc). Possessing natural problem solving and analytical skills and able to contribute to the development of best practice, fixes and procedures. I have basic knowledge in Wordpress but I'm still studying/improving in this kind of field because I'm the one handling/maintaining the CHED Region MIMAROPA website (www.ched.gov.ph/regionmimaropa) and I want to explore more in content management system (CMS). I know Excel, Google Sheet and other MS Office and Google Products as well. I'm looking for a long-term, challenging task and stable job where I can provide my experience in IT field that can improve the system or build your office.
