Investment case towards the establishment of an Eco-Industrial Park in Kenya. The preliminary study report culminated in the commissioning of a RFP-Request for Proposals from the public towards the creation of the proposed industrial park by the county government of Makueni.

The investment justification attempted to re-position a prime property located within the city of Nairobi. The report investigated through a scenario analysis looked at the financial viability of different re-development strategies for the re position strategy that provided study findings and recommendations of the property. The technical and financial proposal was successful in winning the tender award and the project is currently under construction.

Investment appraisal in to the development of a hospitality project in an upmarket office location Nairobi's premier commercial office location. The proposal involved a financial viability study in to the development of the modern facility to provide extended stay accommodation to business travelers majorly expatriate workers. The project was developed and is currently in operation offering premier accommodation to its clients.
