ABOUT ME

I have been working for 4 years in the customer service industry.

I was once a technical support over the phone for an ISP provider for three years and 3 months. I have been working with the customers and technicians to identify the issues or concerns and advising on the solution whenever customers call in. Also, I have managed to be keen on details such as checking on the chat or call history to spot more common and underlying issues. And most of all, I've made sure to log and keep records of customer's queries for future references.

I also became a part of a virtual center wherein I was hired as a chat support representative for 3 months wherein I have to communicate with the customers through Live Chat and send emails for disconnected chat conversations. And after that, I was appointed as a billing and disputes analyst for the same client and my tasks were mainly pulling out pieces of evidence from a variety of data sources and compiling them into a response document and make sure the dispute presentation and documentation to a payment processor is complete and without error. These are sent thru emails. Also, part of my task was logging and keeping records of chargeback requests filed by customers in order to keep track of whether the case was won or defeated. I was also tasked to process refunds, send follow-up emails through Zendesk and call customers to follow up on their requests and concerns via Zendesk, Zoiper or Vonage.


Working in the customer service industry woke something inside of me like a force that made me survive the challenges in my daily life routine.
