ABOUT ME

I believe that my strong administrative, customer service experiences and my education will make me a very competitive candidate for this position. The key strengths that I possess for success includes: 15 yrs of experience as a customer service. I handled customer complaints, customer needs, and inquiries. As of entire experienced dealing with multinational organizations and people, I have improved my skills on how to please them and make them feel honored. I provide exceptional contributions to customer service for all customers as I believe they are the heart of every business. My previous work was 5yrs project support manager working closely with the CEO & Operations of a Real Estate company in Dubai and controlled office which deals with Handover of properties, snagging and de-snagging inspections, administrative works, meeting owners, prepare contracts, customer support, even basic IT and basic accounting. I resigned last 2020 due to settling down and now searching for a home based part time or full time job that will help me support my family, spending time with my child while working at home.
