ABOUT ME

I am a Sales Professional with almost 10 years of experience with Sales, Account Management and Customer Service. During this time I have worked with large US companies like AT&T, T-Mobile, Convergys and DirecTV to help them grow their business.

I am a registered nurse by training and a licensed insurance sales agent. This training helped to me to understand the importance of caring for my customers and to put them first and foremost during my interactions with them. As a result, I always seek to understand their perspective and want to find solutions that will help them be successful. I know that if my clients are successful I will be successful.

My colleagues know me as a highly creative individual, who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities. I know that my client’s business always comes first. Therefore, I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before recommending ideas that can add value for my clients.

I can (and often do) work well alone. But I’m at my best collaborating with others. This is when I have chance to understand and learn from others as well as share my ideas with them.

I have worked as a Client Success Manager and my responsibilities are as follows:

> Leading the identification of potential clients based on the defined target market.
> Developing and sending outreach material tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
> Speaking with prospects to learn more about their needs and expectations.
> Creating tailored made solutions to demonstrate the benefits and value.
> Closing prospects into valued clients.
