ABOUT ME
In my 7 years of working in a BPO industry as a Process Associate, I have dealt with numerous back office payroll works for United Airlines Pilot Crew Pay. In the last year of my service, I was promoted as a Senior Process Associate at which point responsible in auditing payroll works of my agents and making reports and analysis to be submitted to our clients. Furthermore, my role as Senior Process Associate requires extensive analytical skills as I am the one doing the second job which is to ensure error free or at least minimize payroll disputes. Some highlights from my relevant experiences include: • Daily audit of Pilot's worked hours • Agent’s product upgrade training session and coaching. • Receiving and responding email to clients and the team.
