ABOUT ME

I have worked with a customer service based company for eight years where I performed such duties as checking customer bills for proper coding, computation and description, creating and entering payment vouchers using the company’s system, reconciliation of suppliers accounts, filing, answering queries from the company’s suppliers/contractors and creating direct deposits/payment for suppliers. I also provided administrative support in maintaining accurate records, prepared various letters, data entry, assisted in maintaining a log of incoming and outgoing documents among other things. In addition to my experience, I consider myself as exhibiting strong qualities of discipline, good work ethic, confidentiality, honesty and the fostering of teamwork within the work environment and my other social endeavors.
