ABOUT ME

I have twenty three years of work experience in an office environment which has provided me with a wealth of knowledge in customer service, Micro soft office and office administration. Responding to customer’s questions and complaints via email and phone is a major part of my daily duties as well as resolving issues, correction and submission of files and submitting weekly and monthly reports. I am also a professional typist doing 50 WPM with 98% accuracy.
