ABOUT ME

I've worked as an email specialist for over a year with Amazon. This was my first job in the BPO industry. My job is to give accurate information to customers who have concerns about their Amazon accounts, process orders, refunds, and replacements. I also send emails to them about our latest offers. I also make calls to our carrier to track delivery if necessary in case the customer wants to know their shipment

After working with Amazon, I've decided to choose a different path as a Virtual assistant. I started as a freelance for a data entry position. In today's rapid changing technology trends, I never stop learning. I am constantly driven to explore, learn new things and trying new activities to accelerate my practical professional capabilities necessary to respond with recent market needs.
