I started off as just a waitress, but have built myself up to the manageress position I am in today. All these years of experience helped me gain the knowledge I have today. As manageress, I handle all stock that is ordered, received, or leaving the store. I handle all the admin work, stock and data entry, filing, bookkeeping, all telephone calls received, and outgoing, handle day-to-day customer service and ensure that the business runs smoothly during the day. I work very closely with my boss to ensure everything runs smoothly. During high school, I often helped at a local hardware store where I gained my knowledge of bookkeeping, filing, admin work, sending out emails, and handling clients - this has helped me with my manageress position. I am computer literate and know all the ins and outs of technology as well as keep up with the latest programs, I am fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans and read and write both fluently, I have my drivers license and own transportation, I have completed a 120 hour TEFL course and am currently doing a software development course. I am looking to join a new team that I can learn and grow with. I am a young, hard-working, quick learner, team player, well experienced, flexible, and a creative thinker who will be such an asset to your team. You will not regret taking me on!
