I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of troubleshooting, providing customer support, systems admin, software and hardware support. I also manage Onboarding which includes account creation and granting new user access in Okta, G-suite, Salesforce, and Bettercloud. With my Admin experience, this covers modifying end-user access, account unlock, password reset, and 2FA reset.
