• Understanding the clients' requirements and searching resume through internal referencing and external entities like Job portals i.e. Monster, Career Builder, Hire fuel, Talent desk, Job diva, and Indeed, etc.
• Shortlisting resumes by evaluating candidate skill, experience based on the requirement.
• Speaking to candidate to find out whether they are suitable as per the Clients requirement and also to know their interest.
• Forwarding the resumes to the client and lining up interviews as the client responds to the resumes.
• Interacting with the client for requirement, scheduling, feedback of candidate
Posting the jobs in the various job portals.
