ABOUT ME

To join a company that offers me a stable and positive atmosphere and inspires me to enhance and innovate to the work culture for the betterment of all parties concerned, where ideally, my ability to communicate and liaise effectively with a diverse client group in a diplomatic and therapeutic way can be put to good use.

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for 4 years and a half. I hold various huge accounts which are all US-based like BestBuy and Comcast. Being able to work on those mentioned accounts, I was able to unlock several skills particularly the technical support skills I thought I am not capable of. On the other hand, I have experienced handling Amazon seller account acting as a Customer service representative and Virtual assistant handling email processing orders answering general inquiries and shipping monitoring. I also joined various medical missions which help me maintain my knowledge in the profession I have.

I am a Registered Nurse and I took up my partial Master's Degree in Nursing. I also have several certificates for the training related to my profession. I am keen to details, a fast learner, I can handle multi-tasking, and can work with minimum supervision. I am time conscious and I strictly observed instructions given.

I am open to learning new things that will help me unlock the skills I am capable of. I am very much flexible in all work means. Hence, reliability is what I guarantee.
