ABOUT ME

As an event organizer, wedding planner and an entrepreneur by profession it has honed me the skills that are more than suitable for assisting you on any of your projects.

For the past years that I worked as an event specialist or organizer, a wedding planner and an entrepreneur. I learned to manage the operation and implementation of various projects from start to finish. Apart from ensuring the operations I am also responsible of the following:
- ensure delivery of the project objectives within the given time and budget.
- create cost estimate for the client
- handle portions of mega-projects or ad hoc requirements
- coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports of the different projects.
- assist project manager on a single project or simultaneous project
in charge of scheduled deployment, ingress and egress.
- compile summary documents, e.g. Product Development Plan, management - - Summary and Target Product Profile. Collect and include contributions of the Team.
- finding for project lead
- proficiency in microsoft office
- market research

I have handled events for different clients with different kind of promotional strategies testing me to think out of the box. Some of the events or promotional gigs that I handled are the following;

I also recently started my own business of wedding planning and Spa services thus giving me more perspective in the different industries and the struggle of start-up.

Aside from the skills that I was able to enhance through my experience in the corporate world. I obtained my degree Bachelor of Arts in Art Studies majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies and minoring in Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines Diliman, with a great exposure in the world of art and communication it is part of our training to do market and historical research for various of subjects. As part of our requirement for graduation is to produce a thesis individually. My research covered the ritual of one of the ethno-linguistic groups in the northern part of the Philippines.

Apart from being a proactive learner, I was actively involved in
extra-curricular activities inside and outside of campus. I was in the
organizing committee and the events head of my organization UP
ASTERISK (Asosasyon ng Artista, Kritiko at Iskolar ng Sining at
Kultura) that produces different events promoting the arts and the
culture of our country. I have managed to head an event spearheading
from the pre-event; conceptualization, management of budget and
others. It was also part of my job to monitor the event and lastly as
part of the post-production I am in charge of the assessment of the
event itself.

The above mentioned experiences and educational background have shaped my career and work ethics in the most professional way on dealing with different situations and different people such as clients, suppliers and other teams.

I am a versatile person who can readily adjust on the environment and adapt on the job and responsibility passed on to me. I hope all the skills that I learned through out the years can help out on the needs of the clients.
