i was with a call center company before, teleperformance davao. i was a technical support representative. i cater customers concern regarding technical. the job wasnt easy at first because we need to practice doing more than one thing at a time. listening to the customer while typing while browsing customers accounts. but in the end it feels good to have a successful call.
