I worked as office staff for almost 3 years in a Local Government Unit which I gain more experience on paper works. I was a call center agent for more than 2 years (a customer sales representative who booked hotel rooms, flights, and cars for customers who called the 1800 toll free number of our company) and I've also been a technical support representative (assisted customers who had internet connection problem, I create solutions to make their internet connections back). I am an experienced Product Lister and Optimizer who optimize titles, edit main images and add descriptions. I create product templates and upload them into an eBay Store. I use Greengeeks, Tagbot, Title Builder, Kompozer, Snipping Tool, Canva, and Scarcity Manager. I can also list SKUs using a PriceGuard. I am currently working on an Amazon USA Seller Central Account which we receive orders every day and I fulfill them on our manufacturer's site on a daily basis, too. I am very much familiar with the cities and states of the USA and their abbreviations since I worked as a call center agent for more than 2 years so you don't have to worry about sending the orders to wrong addresses 'coz I can take care of it!. I am a quick learner and easy to deal with. I love the opportunity to learn new skills and keep my brain challenged while completing your important tasks.
