ABOUT ME

I have 1 year experience as a call center agent. I used to handle irate people 6 days a week sometimes for straight 5-6 hours a day. I worked in both inbound and outbound accounts. I also had 10 months of work experience as an Admin Assistant in a private Communications Agency. I did the clerical and also the receiving calls and inquiries from different clients. Then, I worked as a private on call assistant doing all legal government documentations necessary such as visa extension to foreigners
