I have always been drawn to working with people, organically leading me to different fields within the Service Industry for the past 17 years, ranging from Hospitality to Tourism. I worked as a Sales Person in Boutique stores to Sales Representative in the South African Wine Industry. This lead me to have my own start-up in the Tourism Industry working alongside diverse nationalities and offering tour experiences to various sized groups My inbound Tour operator Duties included: Data entry Monthly recons Customer Service skills Creating sales strategies and ensuring tasks are carried out Managing accounting system Quoting and Invoicing Logistic Skills Managing Admin and day-to-day runnings of the business Sourcing clients Managing and inspiring staff Building and growing relationships with service providers I understand first hand the challenges that entrepreneurs face and could therefore be an outstanding virtual assistant to alleviate the pressure of the tedious but “need to be done” parts of the workload. Thus, freeing up the entrepreneur to focus their time and energy on the more eminent aspects that allow the business to further develop.
