I am a techical trainer for a Support Service Desk in IBM. I provide guides, trainings and updates about the daily issues which nature can be multiple.
PC/ laptops/ virtual machines troubleshooting, Phones and Printers related problems.
For more than 8 months my job was to take care of such issue being on a direct contact with the customer, by phone.
During my second half of the day I am studying Automatics and Robotics at the University of Technology in Wroclaw, Poland. My hobbies are related to programming embedded systems, such ad Arduino, electronics but also programming in Python.
