ABOUT ME

With my last project as a virtual assistant, I was a Team Coach managing a pioneering team of 8 VAs for a startup funding company based in the US. As the team's coach, I am the go-to person regarding processed and procedures. I also made all the team's spreadsheets for the leads, monitoring of the attendance and deliverables to make reporting easier for our team lead. On top of those, I was also taking inbound inquiry calls and doing outbound calls. Also, I was assigned to assist a US rep to help manage pre-funding clients and clients for a special project. All those while keeping the whole team engaged even through chat by sharing best practices and observations.

It does seem I had a lot on my plate, but I didn't break a sweat doing all those every day. In fact, I enjoyed my work. For me it's all about time management, prioritizing and delegating evenly the workload while being transparent to the whole team. I am proud to say that I created the structure for our VA team with the cooperation and honest inputs of my colleagues.
