ABOUT ME
I have 9 years + working experience providing excellent customer support via phone, email and chat. I have worked with various campaigns like US based telecommunication companies. I am technically inclined person and have been promoted to Team Lead role after several years of working as a Technical Support Specialist. I had the chance as well to work as a Coach for Customer Service Representatives supporting financial institutions as well as health provider companies. After working in a corporate environment, I was given the opportunity to work remotely where I enhanced more my skills working with minimum supervision and analytical and logical skills. Currently, I am on a probationary as a remote email marketer for a marketing agency.
