I am currently studying now but it is not related to my previous work. I was a technical support before in Teletech In, and worked with Verizon and Century link. During those days I am always rewarded for getting highest rating on customer support because I am always dedicated on what I am doing. I can analyze an issue better and in a timely manner. Once I resolved an issue I make sure that everything is back and customer no need to call us again. My ticket was always 100% meaning no callbacks happened.
