Hello :D

I work at Dell technologies as the Technical support agent and also a sales representative for all the Dell laptop spares on consumer platform.
I have been working from 2 years 7 months in the same job role.
I am an electronics and communication engineer by my BE DEGREE but yes I chose the customer experience path which is more interesting and which lead me to into sales too , as our process is 80% sales and meeting the sales target every week.

I have always been a top performer for the team and also for the entire department of ours from the time i joined as a fresher in Dell.
