ABOUT ME

 Screening and long listing of applicants, arrange for and confirm interviews.
 Manage post-interviews process including preparing interview assessment forms/ scoring sheets.
 Worked in Annual Appraisal.
 Processing payroll.
 Document entire recruitment processes is in line with HR policy and ensure it is clearly documented and filed.
 Conduct reference checking or background checks on job applicants and vetting for successful candidates.
 Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
 Ensure timely completion of probation evaluation forms of newly inducted staff. Maintain a record of TORs for staff and keep track of all contract extension and renewals and monitor expiration of all types of staff contracts including initiation extension, separation and other staffing actions as needed attaching necessary documents.
 Assist in routine HR operations, ensuring compliance with Shifa Foundation HR rules and regulations and meeting all requirements and deadlines pertaining to HR in a timely manner.
 Update and maintain HR filing, including performance appraisals, ensuring confidentiality.
 Ensure that all staff files and personal information is regularly updated and ensure confidentiality.
 Facilitate staff with respect to medical claims and coordinate with the insurance company for timely claim settlement.
 Dealing with life insurance cases.
 Responsible for enrollment/ addition and deletion of employee’s health insurance.
 Responsible for submit and follow up on all medical claims
