I have over 8 years experience being an Human Resources Professional. Started my career in an international company supporting employees globally Policy queries related to policies, claims, payroll and HR systems. After several progression in my role, I gained experience in the following: - International Mobility: Handled over 150 transfer of employees for international assignments along with their families. - HR systems: Led Projects to launch HR related system that supported employees globally. -Data Analyst: Supported Senior Leadership in extracting, analyzing performance data to identify areas of improvements for their teams. In addition to the above, being an Native Arabic Speaker, I handled Arabic to English translation for official documents verification, Interviews and reference call checks.
