ABOUT ME

I am an outgoing, driven and dynamic individual with good leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills. I have worked within diverse scientific and customer service fields, which has provided the opportunity to hold significant experience in communicating, engaging and working with several customers, colleagues and professional bodies from all disciplines. As a highly organised individual, I have developed excellent prioritisation, delegation and time management skills to deal with conflicting demands and competing tasks in order to deliver time dependent, quality standards and control targets to meet organisational deadlines. In my working career, I have been successful in developing effective coalitions and alliances within and outside the organisation to deliver new product development and launch strategic plans for a global market. Being business focussed and adept, I am perceptive to the needs of all customers, clients and my immediate & wider teams. I actively participate and contribute to improvement projects for continued delivery of key performance indicators, efficiency and financial target for optimal cost savings and improved work practices. I enjoy constant learning and can work flexibly to new work practices and evolving changes in the workplace. I am knowledgeable in COSHH and Risk Assessments within the workplace ensuring incidences are resolved quickly, learning outcomes shared and health & safety measures are adhered to. Working as a Lead Technical Project Manager has given me the opportunity to display strong leadership skills in motivating and creating dynamic teams by encouraging individual development plans and supporting effective team relationships to ensure successes and desirable outcomes in our daily tasks.
