I have extensive experience in the Hospitality and Events Industry, especially within customer relations and customer service. I was not only responsible for day to day customer related queries but also for telephonic and face to face queries and complaints. I was assigned tasks such as face to face client interaction, coordinating events, staff training, developing and maintaining relationships with customers/client as well as external stakeholders. I handled daily admin duties and social media marketing within each role that I have worked in both in and out of the Hospitality industry. In 2018, I started in Network Marketing and Direct Selling and that has facilitated my growth in learning new skills in Social Media Marketing such as Attraction and Targeted Marketing. I have also learned about sales and online sales and am proud to say, have fine-tuned my own content creation. I am an extremely reliable, dedicated and goal-orientated individual who works exceptionally well under pressure. I am pleasantly spoken, diligent and have an excellent command of the English language. I take tremendous pride in my work and ensure that when it is complete, that it is done so within the expected time frame and that it is up to my client’s expected standard.
