I understand that as a brand ambassador, making the customer feel like a priority is key to conflict resolution. I possess effective verbal and written communication skills which I utilise frequently as a content creator writing SEO driven articles. In my first week of copywriting, I had already been published twice and completed a further five paid articles, each with a fast turnover of 2 - 4 days. I have a meticulous nature combined with a methodical and organised approach, ensuring every assignment will be achieved impeccably and on time, every time without compromising quality of the final result. There has never been a deadline I did not meet!
