ABOUT ME

I have worked as a customer service representative for a telecommunications account based in the USA for 2years. I have been a virtual assistant to several real estate agents based in the USA wherein I do market research, contact potential clients and do ads for them. I also have experience on eCommerce wherein I answer emails or tickets using zendesk. I am also working as a Team Leader for a live chat support for UK based clients. I am always flexible with my time, detail oriented and can follow instructions. I can work effectively either alone or within a group. I manage my time efficiently to achieve and meet my deadlines.
