ABOUT ME

I am a driven, passionate and focused individual with great written and verbal communication skills with over 3 years of work experience. I am very prideful of all the work experience I have been able to accomplish, I have experience as a personal assistant to the CEO of a prominent university marketing agency, an administrative assistant for a spa and have worked as an executive assistant for a personal and business development company along with many summer jobs through a prominent programme in my country for 3 consecutive years. I am great at organising and planning which highlights my prioritisation and problem-solving skills. I pay a great deal of attention to detail and provide excellent customer service with almost 2 years of experience in the BPO sector in which I have been able to develop great phone etiquette. Being flexible and efficient, I am proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint and am eager to learn how to be even better. I am also experienced in database and calendar management being an executive assistant for over a year. In anything I do, I strive to do so with the best of my ability whilst learning how to improve where there is room to do so.
