To expand his professionalism in teaching, he holds certification in Public Speaking with 8 years of experience. He has authored many books with 12 years of experience having nearly 25 published books and over 150 articles to his credit. Few of his inspiring books are "Conspiracy in the 21st Century Education, Fallen Schools, Children Participation in Martyrdom etc". Paschal has opined a philosophy in Pre-primary/primary Education which provokes his potentiality in simplifying complex, abstract concepts in English blending to a simplest concept that heals the problems of spellings and word formation. This is evident in one of his classic texts, "CONCEPTUAL ENGLISH COURSE book 1 - 6". This book record has touched the heart of all and sundry. His innovation in curriculum development, new system of positioning grading for children report sheet, teaching cognitive subjects like Mathematics, English Blending, Graphic Technology, Basic Science, Basic Technology, Computer Science, Physics and Further Mathematics has earned him honour among learners, followers and colleagues. Paschal is currently working with Talent Grooming Schools, Ikot Esu, Ika, Akwa Ibom State. He is quite proficient at boosting teaching and learning skills and can solve critical, abstract problems involving literacy, numeracy and natural life.
