ABOUT ME
I specialize in email and back office support but overall, I have over 10 years of experience in the customer service industry: as a front-liner, as an agent in the BPO set-up, and for in house contact centers. I am proficient in MS Office, Desk, RightNow, IMSs (Jabber, Slack) and Sabre GDS. I also have a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I also have over 6 years of sermon transcription experience. I have worked with churches in the US, UK, Canada, and the Philippines. Some of my transcripts have been used by pastors as basis for books that are now available on Amazon.
