ABOUT ME
I've been a Customer Service representative in my entire work life and I am not going anywhere as I am loving this job. I've been a Technical Support(voice) for a telecommunications company for over 3 years and a Technical Support Engineer (email&chat) for a reviews company for almost 2 years now. I also scheduled a call or a screen sharing session with customers who are requesting for it or if there's a need for a better and quick resolution. I worked with large companies such as Steve Madden, Love Wellness, PuraVida, GoPro and more.
