Hi, I had worked as a Customer Care Representative in big international BPOs like HCL Technologies Ltd. (5 years in US process of Macys, UK process of British Telecom and another Australian process), Barclays Bank (8 months in Egg credit card captive process) and 7 years as a Senior Business Operations Specialist in Customer Care team of Rockwell Automation. Training related to handling customer queries & complaints like voice & accent, email writing along with soft skills training and years of experience make me a suitable candidate to handle customers in a perfect and most professional way. Simultaneously, I had also worked (earlier part time and now full time) for various types of freelancing projects in the past 6 years which included English/Hindi translations, various types of transcriptions, content writing and voice-overs.
