Working as subject matter expert with Microsoft process.
• Handle both cloud and on-premises users
• Handle issues related to Office 365, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, security and compliance team.
• Work on PowerShell to execute changes on the environment
• Act as a subject matter expert and handle escalation calls for the team.
• Handle a team of 15-16 members to train them on the process and keep them updated about the changes
• Taking ownership of any escalation or outage cases till the issue is resolved
• Work with Technical lead (TL), Technical Advisors (TA) or Senior Escalation Engineer (SEE) for any issue that seems to be unresolved
