As a Cisco Collaboration Engineer with bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, 5 years of experience and holding a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration certificate, I am a highly skilled professional who is responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining reliable and secure collaboration solutions that help businesses improve communication and collaboration with their employees and customers. I have a strong technical background in Cisco collaboration solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Webex, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), CMS, Cisco Expressway and CUBE. I am proficient in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting these solutions to meet the specific needs of businesses. I am also experienced in integrating third-party solutions with Cisco collaboration solutions. In addition to all of that, I have experience in managing, implementing and troubleshooting other VoIP servers like Cisco Broadworks, 3CX and Oracle SBCs.
